Adult learning hub - Ways to wellbeing

This free informal course supports you to learn ways to boost your mental wellbeing and how to keep yourself well. We offer this course as a small group or one-to-one sessions.


  • Learn ways to keep well physically, mentally, socially and emotionally
  • Learn about self-care, self-esteem and self-talk


Classes will be held online and face to face.


This is a one-off workshop which should take around 1 hour to complete. Once you register you will be given a date when the workshop is running, or we can arrange for an individual session, at a time convenient to you. 


You will be allocated a staff member who will support you through the course either individually or in a small group. You may be given small tasks to complete, the staff member will support you with this if necessary.
