European social fund employability pipeline and Positive Futures! programme

European Social Fund Following an investment of over £5.6 million from the Scottish Government, Perth and Kinross Community Planning Partnership the call for projects to assist the unemployed of Perth and Kinross to gain sustainable employment via a 5 stage Enhanced Employability Pipeline and Positive Futures! Project, has re-opened, for a Phase 2 extensions to current delivery from early 2019 but confirmed start date to successful applicants can be flexible, and delivery is up to 31st December 2022.

While ESF can provide up to 50% of total project cost (Please contact ESF Programme Management Team for more information by emailing EuropeanSocialFundPMO@pkc.gov.uk), match funding of the remaining total project cost is required from the applicant or an alternative funding source. You can find information on how to apply for the Employability Pipeline and Social Inclusion/Positive Futures! Challenge Fund below and the documents should be read in advance of submitting any application and should be referred to throughout the application process.

Projects selection is based on the EU Commission guidance, the National Rules and Guidance provided by the Scottish Government. Nature of costs will follow the EU Commission guidance.

How do I apply?

Applications should be submitted by completing the application form (Appendix 1) and results and outputs table (Appendix 2).  Please ensure the relevant results and outputs table is selected, and return marked for the attention of Lynn Webster, European Social Fund Programme Officer, Planning and Development, Perth & Kinross Council, Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth, PH1 5GD. Submissions can also be emailed by secure email to EuropeanSocialFundPMO@pkc.gcsx.gov.uk. The closing date will be 31st July 2019.
