Supplementary guidance - Employment and mixed use areas

This guidance expands on the type of uses that are most suited to the sites allocated for mixed use in the Adopted Local Development Plan. Other large scale sites and some opportunity sites are included because they are of a scale or are capable of accommodating more than just one development use. The document contains a list of what is considered to the acceptable uses for each site.

This Guidance relates to the Local Development Plan Policy ED1B: Employment and Mixed Use Areas.

The Supplementary Guidance was adopted in October 2014.
