Changes to Revenues, Benefits, Welfare Rights & Welfare Fund Service Delivery

The Government is advising that people should be "social distancing" to minimise the risk of contracting Coronavirus. This is important for everyone but especially important for people over the age of 70, those with underlying health conditions and pregnant women.

Applications can be made online or via telephone.

These include Community Care and Crisis Grants, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction or Single Person Discount.

Council Tax payments can also be made online or via telephone.

Bill payers can also set up a Direct Debit or report a change of address using these methods.

Any unnecessary travel should be avoided. We want you to know that you can continue to access our services in ways other than coming in to the office.
