Scone Palace Fair - Friday 31 May and Saturday 1 June
Scone Palace will host their third garden fair. Set against the stunning historic backdrop of Scone Palace, garden enthusiasts are in for a treat with a celebration of the best of Scotland's gardening.
The fair will feature an array of plant nurseries, garden centres, fabulous florals, and outdoor furniture specialists, all showcasing their finest offerings. Attendees can look forward to exciting workshops, crafts and valuable gardening tips from Scone Palace's own Head Gardener.
Your ticket grants you access to lush gardens and expansive grounds of Scone Palace, giving a fantastic opportunity to explore the enchanting woodlands, marvel at the giant conifers and navigate the spectacular Murray Star Maze.
As the crowning place of Scottish Kings, Scone Palace is steeped in history. Make your visit even more memorable by exploring the historic coronation site and visiting the Perth Museum, the Home of Destiny.
Classic Car Weekend Extravaganza - Saturday 1 June and Sunday 2 June
Perth City proudly present its Classic Car Weekend, featuring two days of exciting events on Saturday 1 June and Sunday 2 June 2024 from 10.00am until 3.00pm.
The main event on Saturday June 1, will showcase a stunning exhibition of vintage cars along Tay Street.
Visitors can also enjoy the vibrant Mela market on King Edward Street and savour a delicious barbeque at St Matthew's Church, Tay Street from 10am until 3pm. The popular Perth Farmers Market will also take place at South Inch Car Park, Shore Road, Perth from 9am until 2pm, featuring around 50 suppliers of quality local produce.
On both days, attendees will have the unique opportunity to explore Morris Leslie's personal collection of classic cars. Hop aboard a vintage bus at Mill Street, which will transport you to Perth Airport, where the collection is stored.
Entrance to the collection will require a donation to TASH for Ukraine of £10.00 per adult (16+), £5.00 per child (5-15 years) or family entry of £25.00 (2 adults, up to 3 children). Under 5s are free.
Please note that due to specific layout and storage arrangements, wheelchair users and those with pushchairs will not be able to view the collection.
