Some tenants and householders may have an RTS electricity meter in their homes. If you do, you will need a new meter fitted by 30 June 2025 as the signal that controls RTS meters is being switched off.
If you need a new meter your electricity supplier will contact you to arrange installation. Please do not ignore any letters or emails from your supplier about this matter.
