From Monday 27 October 2025 we have made changes in the way that Perth and Kinross Council publish information online for public comments and consultee responses on planning applications.
Public Comments on Applications
It has been necessary to review the current process for the display of representations online due to compliance with GDPR. Representations will still be published within 1-2 working days of receipt and will be available for viewing in the document tab. All public comments will be removed from public display after the application has been determined. The sub tab showing individual contributor details will no longer be available.
Consultation Responses
All consultee responses will continue to be published online and will be available to view in the document tab. The sub tab showing individual consultee details will no longer be available.
