Local partners the Neuk Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Centre will be offering free community outreach support in Blairgowrie for six weeks.
Starting from 1 December 2025, the team will be at Bari Building, 55 High Street, Blairgowrie every Monday until Monday 5 January 2026, 3pm to 7pm.
The Neuk provides a safe, confidential space for:
- One-to-one support for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts
- Support for those bereaved by suicide,
- Information on mental health and wellbeing resources.
They also want to hear from the local community about what support would be most helpful in the future.
Every Monday, residents from Blairgowrie, Rattray and surrounding area, can drop in for a chat. No appointment needed.
The team will be pleased to welcome anyone who comes along. wishes to drop-in and chat with them. All services are free of charge.
Additional support is available at the Neuk's Perth Centre, (behind St Paul's Church), including telephone support and in-person appointments. If travel is a barrier, the team can also help with travel costs if needed.
