Outdoor access rights and responsibilities
Perthshire offers many opportunities to get out and enjoy the outdoors, to walk, cycle, ride or paddle down rivers and camp overnight. The countryside is also a home and workplace to people and wildlife and it is important that we understand our responsibilities and behave in a way which does not cause damage or annoyance to others.
Funded early learning and childcare for 2 year olds (Strong Starts)
Since August 2020, eligible two year olds across Scotland have been entitled to 1140 hours per year of funded (free) early learning and childcare in a number of local authority and funded provider nurseries where provision is available.
