Twenty newly built Council homes for affordable social rent have been handed over at the new Kinloch Gardens development, adjacent to Glenalmond Road in Rattray.

If you currently live in a Council property that is too large for you, we can help you move to a property that is more suitable.

If you receive or provide care or support to another person you may be able to get a discount on your council tax.

Relief from rates is available to a variety of properties within a designated rural settlement area with a population of less than 3,000.

Where a dwelling is unoccupied and furnished but is not classified as a second home, it may be eligible for discount or subject to a surcharge.
