Any person whose birth is registered in Scotland or who was legally adopted in Scotland may apply for a recorded change of name. Please contact your local registration office for more information.

If you are a landlord or a managing agent for a dwelling within the Perth & Kinross Council area, you must notify us when either a tenancy ends, or a new tenancy commences.

If you are moving within the Perth & Kinross Council area, it is important that you advise us as soon as possible.

A Registered Tenant Organisation (RTO) is an organisation who has earned the statutory right to be consulted on significant issues.
