You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with your query or you can talk face to face with a welfare rights worker in a number of different locations within the Perth and Kinross area.
You can also access information on benefits and other available help on our Benefits and Advice webpages.
Universal Credit and Assisted Digital Support
We offer a service to those with digital skills who lack confidence around making a claim for Universal Credit (UC) and who have concerns about maintaining their UC Journal. This service is for people who do not have existing support in place e.g. Support Worker. You can arrange a face to face appointment with a Welfare Rights worker as per the details below.
If you have no digital skills and are unlikely to be able to use a computer or device then you should call the UC Helpline on 0800 328 5644 and your claim for UC will either be taken over the phone by a UC Case Manager or you may be offered a home visit from the DWP Visiting Team.
