Kids Clubs offer childcare after school; some services also operate during school holidays or in-service days. There are eleven Kids Clubs and five Wraparound Care services across the Perth and Kinross.
Wraparound Care (WAC) services offer childcare for those aged three years to Primary 7, after-school hours for primary age children and full day care during school holidays and on in-service days.
The services are registered with and inspected by the Care Inspectorate, inspection reports can be viewed on their website. Staff working in Kids Clubs and Wraparound Care Services are required to register with the Scottish Social Services.
What are the opening hours of the services?
Kids Club services open immediately after the school bell during term-time and close at 6pm. Some clubs also open from 8am to 6pm during holiday periods or on in-service days.
Wraparound Care (WAC) Services are open after school and close at 6pm. All WAC services are open from 8am to 6pm during holiday periods and on in-service days.
How do I register?
Children must be registered to use the service if:
- they are using the service for the first time
- they continue to use the service during a new school year
Registration can be made throughout the year. Once registered, you can use the service as much or as little as you require. You can select specific days for the activities taking place or so that children can participate in trips and outings.

Bookings for term-time 2025/2026 are now open.
Make or amend a Kids Club booking
Please note that Kids Clubs and Wraparound Care require 5 working days notice of a cancellation, otherwise this will incur a charge, this includes sickness absence.
You must re-register for 2025/2026 before you will be able to make holiday or term-time bookings.
Any charges for bookings cancelled within the permitted timeframe will be automatically removed from the family account. Any payment received for the cancelled booking will remain as a credit on the account to offset any future bookings. Normal practice is to not refund payments if there are future bookings.

Term-time
One child: £10.85
- Additional child: £10.30
School holiday
- Up to 5 hours: £21.10
- Up to 7 hours: £23.55
- 7 hours and over: £26.10
Breakfast charge: £2.00
There will be no annual Registration Fee for 2025/2026.

All services are closed on the two Public Holidays at Easter. All services except Inch View WAC are closed for the whole of the Christmas and New Year school holidays. Inch View is closed from the last day of term in December and reopens after the New Year Public Holidays.
