Human resources management information

The Council gathers and publishes Human Resources Management Information (HRMI) annually relating to current employees, prospective employees and ex-employees.

We use this information to inform our workforce planning activity and report progress within regular Workforce reports to Perth & Kinross Council Committee.

Like other Councils across Scotland, Perth & Kinross Council uses the Scottish Local Government Recruitment Portal, myjobscotland, to advertise vacancies and manage applications.
