Event description:
Too many men are struggling in silence. This free community event is a powerful opportunity to come together, hear real stories about suicide, and learn how we can all play a part in helping to prevent it.
You'll hear from voices across our community—including speakers from The Neuk, The Samaritans (local branch), the University of Dundee, and the Health and Social Care Partnership. Join us for an open and honest panel discussion about why talking really can save lives, and connect with local suicide prevention partners in a relaxed, world-café style space.
We'll explore the support available locally and break down common myths around suicide and mental health. Most importantly, this event is about building stronger connections in our community. Because when we talk, listen, and stand together, we can make a real difference.
