Perth and Kinross Council today (4 March 2026) agreed a budget for 2026/27 that prioritises essential services, supports residents with the greatest needs, and invests in the long‑term sustainability of communities across the area.

These services are made up of volunteers who organise transport to and from hospitals in the Perth & Kinross Council area. The scale of charges depends on the mileage and cost of fuel.
