The site has 400 free car parking spaces and is monitored by CCTV. There is a waiting room with public toilets, public telephone and a staffed information point.
Adjacent to the Park&Ride site are the following facilities:

Operating details
The Park&Ride Service 7/7A is operated by Stagecoach Perth. This service operates between the Broxden site and Scone Park&Ride via Perth City Centre. Journeys can be made to/from any bus stop served along the route.
Passengers wishing to travel between Broxden and Perth City Centre should be aware that although they will alight from the service in South Street, they will need to board in Mill Street to return to the Park&Ride site.

Please note that normal Stagecoach Perth City fares apply for all other bus stops on the route. Stagecoach Perth Dayrider and weekly Megarider tickets are also available to buy from the driver allowing for onward travel in Perth and the surrounding area.

Express Coach Services
Ember, Flixbus, Megabus, Parks of Hamilton and Scottish Citylink use the Park&Ride site as an interchange for their buses operating to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness. Passengers can use the Park&Ride Service 7A/7B for onward travel to/from Perth City Centre and the surrounding area on payment of the appropriate fare to the driver, or by showing their prepaid, through travel ticket, purchased from the relevant operator.
Maximum stay
All free Council car parks have a maximum stay of 72 Hours. This information is posted on signage in the car parks, along with other Terms and Conditions. Vehicles which do not comply with the Terms and Conditions may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice. After the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice, any vehicle still found to be in contravention of the Terms and Conditions may be removed.
