The Employment Support Team deliver a Work Skills Course individually tailored to help people facing barriers to work.

This helps to enhance the skills of people in the workplace.

The Work Skills Course

About the Course

  • The course runs for 7 weeks; a half day each week
  • The course is facilitated by members of the employment support team
  • The course will take place at various locations in Perth and Kinross
  • Individuals are responsible for their own transport to and from the course
  • Refreshments will be available
  • There is no charge for this course

What is expected from individuals?

  • A commitment to attend 7 half day employability course sessions
  • A desire to progress into paid employment with the support of the employment support team
  • To participate in individual and group work sessions
  • On successful completion of the course individuals will be issued with a certificate
