Housing Service performance

We are committed to analysing our performance as a Housing Service and reporting the results to our tenants.

Our aim is to continually improve the services we provide to local people.

Annual Performance 2020/21

The Scottish Housing Regulator's 2020/21 Landlord Report on Perth & Kinross Council's housing services has been published . It provides the Council and our tenants with a snapshot of how we are performing as a landlord across a number of different service areas.

The report was compiled from information supplied to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) by the Council across a range of key indicators. Every social landlord in Scotland is required to supply this data to the SHR.

You can also view previous years' Landlord Reports for Perth & Kinross Council. The 2021/22 report will be available from October 2022.

We also use the data to produce an Annual Performance Report for Tenants. The icon 2019/20 Annual Performance Report [2Mb]  was published in December 2020.

Tenant Satisfaction Survey

We carry out regular surveys to see what tenants think of the wide range of services we provide.

We carried out our latest Tenant Satisfaction Survey in the 2020. The results are below:
