The Planning Performance Framework was developed by Heads of Planning Scotland in conjunction with the Scottish Government. The framework involves a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures to provide a toolkit of indicators. All planning authorities and SDPAs prepare PPF reports annually.
We have submitted our most recent Planning Performance Framework 2011 - 2023 (PPF12) to the Scottish Government, and received their feedback. PPF12 is an annual report which shows how we have performed as a planning authority in the past year and provides some examples of our work through case studies. It also identifies areas where we intend to improve in the coming year.
