IT Tech Hub
Need help to set up a new Council laptop or to login and configure a new mobile phone; a device needing an 'MOT' or support tailored to help you with tech? The IT Tech Hub is available in Carpenter House in Perth, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. To reserve a Tech hub session, make a booking online. During the session, you will work with a dedicated IT Technician, to resolve the issue or get the advice and support needed at a speed that suits you.
Alternatively, the quickest way to get help for day-to-day IT requests and enquiries is by calling the IT Helpline on *76677 (476677 if calling from an external number) and selecting option 1. Technical help can also be requested via the IT Self Service Portal and IT procurement support by calling *76677 (476677) and selecting option 2.
