The Resourcing Team supports Services to recruit and retain talent with the skills, behaviours and attitudes to thrive in an ever-changing environment.  We are committed to work together to develop strategies and creative solutions to manage current and future workforce requirements, with a clear focus on hard to fill posts.  Promoting career paths and building on our approach to succession planning will help us identify and nurture talent

Developing our young workforce remains a priority for us.  The team supports young people achieve their full potential through work experience, Modern Apprenticeships and Graduate Programmes. 

Our aim is to create a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (i.e. recruitment, induction, career development, leaving).
