Council housing new build development - Crieff Road, Perth
A development of 24 new Council flats was completed at Crieff Road, Perth, in February 2019.
Investment
£3m was invested in the new development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner CCG Scotland.
Special features
Three of the six ground-floor flats were designed to be suitable for tenants with wheelchair and mobility issues, allowing people to live independently.
