A development of 12 Council new-build homes was completed in Kirkton, Auchterarder, in May 2015.
- Four 3-bed terraced houses
- Four 2-bed cottage flats
- Four 1-bed cottage flats
Investment
£1.4m was invested in the development by Perth & Kinross Council and the Scottish Government.
Builder
The development was built by the Council's construction partner Stewart MiIne.
Features
All the homes were build to the latest energy efficiency standard to help reduce the household bills of tenants.
