From Monday, 20 April 2026, there will be changes to several local bus timetables and some routes operated by Stagecoach.
Services affected include 23/23X/27X and 34/34A, as well as 15/15A/615 and 16X, 60 and 862.
Some of these changes are the result of some subsidised bus service journeys and school transport contracts operated on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council transferring to another bus operator. However, Stagecoach have also reviewed the operation of some commercial journeys which aren't subsidised/contracted by the Council, and have taken the decision to remove or amend some journeys which they believe are no longer commercially viable.

Services changing to other operators from 20 April 2026
Services 23/23X and 34/34A (Perth - Dunkeld - Aberfeldy)
Certain Perth and Kinross Council subsidised Monday to Saturday journeys on this route will be operated by Docherty's Midland Coaches. To make it easier for customers to see the options available for travel on this route a combined Services 23/23X and Service 34/34A timetable (PDF, 460 KB) is available. The journeys to be operated by Docherty's Midland Coaches have been highlighted in yellow within that timetable.
Service 615 (Braco - Crieff - St John's Academy, Perth) schooldays only
This service will be operated by Docherty's Midland Coaches. Docherty's Service 615 timetable (PDF, 106 KB).
Timetable information panels at bus stops on these routes will be updated on 16/17 April 2026 to reflect these changes, although buses will continue to follow the existing timetable until 20 April. Passengers should bear this in mind when looking at bus stop information between 16 and 19 April 2026.
