Local Review Body

Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Virtual meetings of the Local Review Body commenced on 23 June 2020.  

If your Notice of Review has not yet been considered by the LRB, please note that your case will continue to be dealt with under normal procedure and in accordance with statutory deadlines under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act. Whilst there will be a delay in bringing your Review before the LRB for consideration, this will be done so at the earliest possible opportunity. This also applies to Reviews which have been deferred for further information by the LRB and we are currently still unable to carry out site visits..

Similarly, if you are submitting a new Notice of Review, this will be dealt with under normal procedure and in accordance with statutory deadlines under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act. Again, whilst there may be a delay in bringing your Review before the LRB for consideration, this will be done at the earliest possible opportunity.

Agendas, reports and minutes

Agendas and reports will be available on the meetings page five days before the Committee.  Minutes will be available once the minute volume has been considered at the next full Council meeting.

Membership

The Perth and Kinross Local Review Body consists of 3 members.  These members will be from the Councillors on the Planning and Development Management Committee.
