Local Review Body
Due to ongoing measures in light of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, all meetings of Perth and Kinross Council have been suspended indefinitely, pending further notice. This includes the Local Review Body (LRB).
If your Notice of Review has not yet been considered by the LRB, please note that your case will continue to be dealt with under normal procedure and in accordance with statutory deadlines under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act. Whilst there will be a delay in bringing your Review before the LRB for consideration, this will be done so at the earliest possible opportunity. This also applies to Reviews which have been deferred for further information by the LRB.
Similarly, if you are submitting a new Notice of Review, this will be dealt with under normal procedure and in accordance with statutory deadlines under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act. Again, whilst there will be a delay in bringing your Review before the LRB for consideration, this will be done at the earliest possible opportunity.
Submit a Notice of Review
If your planning application has been determined by an officer under delegated powers you can submit a Notice of Review [37Kb] to the Local Review Body.
