Pay for a successful Blue Badge

Pay for your Blue Badge online or by telephone

You should only pay for a Blue Badge if you have received a letter or email from us advising you that your application has been successful.  Whether you're paying over the phone or online, please make sure you enter your reference number contained on the letter or email we sent to you.  If you make a mistake entering your reference, please advise us as soon as possible following payment, as this will impact on the submission of your badge.  Do not attempt to make payment if you do not have your reference number or have not yet been informed that your application has been successful.

You can also make a payment by calling our automated telephone payment number (24 hours, 7 days a week) on 0345 603 0121, selecting option 8, for Blue Badges. You do not have to listen to the full menu before selecting option 8.
