We work with landlords across Perth and Kinross to make sure rented homes are safe and well-maintained. Our team visits properties to offer advice and check that legal safety standards are being met. Sometimes, we're joined by Scottish Fire and Rescue Services to provide fire safety checks and guidance.
Please check the list below to make sure your property meets the required safety standards. If you answer no to any of the questions, please get in touch by phoning 01738 475116 or emailing LandlordRegistration@pkc.gov.uk.
