Your rights and responsibilities as a Perth & Kinross Council tenant

Perth and Kinross Council is legally required to protect the public funds it administers. It may share information provided to it with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds, in order to prevent and detect fraud.

Look out for the logo. Many members display the logo on adverts, letterheads, business cards and vehicles.

If you are claiming Universal Credit with a health condition or disability that prevents you from working or ESA, you may be required to attend an assessment to assess your capability for work.
