Elected Member Briefing Note 2022, Issue 23

The Planning Performance Framework was developed by Heads of Planning Scotland in conjunction with the Scottish Government. The framework involves a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures to provide a toolkit of indicators. All planning authorities and SDPAs prepare PPF reports annually.

To provide the necessary assurance that our actions are making the desired impact, we have developed a strategic, outcomes focussed, performance framework.
