Transport Contracts awarded by Perth and Kinross Council

These contracts are awarded under the following Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS):

Completion Certificate Without Warrant

This procedure applies to work undertaken without a building warrant having been obtained (where one was required). It applies only to work undertaken after 1 May 2005. This is not a means of circumventing the technical standards as you will require to demonstrate the work meets the standards in force at the time of submitting the application - not when the work was carried out.

Amendment to warrant

An amendment to warrant is required when it is proposed to make changes to the design and/or specification for which building warrant was approved. Please note that a new application for warrant rather than an amendment is required if the proposal is to significantly change the development e.g. a new house type.

PKC Lets

The Perth & Kinross Council PKC Lets initiative offers letting, property and tenancy management services to private sector landlords.

Street naming and numbering

Perth and Kinross Council is responsible for allocating street names and numbers. It is essential that all properties have an official, recognised address, making it straightforward for emergency services to locate it, utility companies to provide a supply and the delivery of mail.

Action Partnerships

Local Action Partnerships is one of many way for communities to get involved in local decision making.
