Our aim is to provide children with a stimulating play environment in an attractively landscaped setting that's fun to use and pleasant to look at.

Perth and Kinross Council has long valued and prioritised the importance of play for children and families and welcomed both the Play Strategy for Scotland and the supporting Action Plan, published by the Scottish Government.

Play is a magical time where children learn about the world around them, it is a time they have to themselves to be creative, imaginative, take risk, push their own boundaries and be active.

Eat Well Play Well is a play and nutrition programme which has been developed for families with children aged 0 - 5 years old.

The Childcare Strategy Team promotes play in schools and communities across Perth and Kinross, including a series of outdoor play events which are organised during most school holiday periods.
