If you find yourself with no place to stay, please contact us immediately and we will arrange temporary accommodation. We can also provide temporary accommodation during your homeless application, or while we are trying to find somewhere for you to stay permanently.

This procedure applies to work undertaken without a building warrant having been obtained (where one was required). It applies only to work undertaken after 1 May 2005. This is not a means of circumventing the technical standards as you will require to demonstrate the work meets the standards in force at the time of submitting the application - not when the work was carried out.

An amendment to warrant is required when it is proposed to make changes to the design and/or specification for which building warrant was approved. Please note that a new application for warrant rather than an amendment is required if the proposal is to significantly change the development e.g. a new house type.
