Looking after someone can be rewarding, but it can also impact on your health and wellbeing especially your mental health.

Mental health consists of mental wellbeing, which includes life satisfaction, positive relationships with others and having purpose in life and mental health problems which include the presence or absence of mental health problems, for example depression and anxiety. If you want to speak to someone about this there are a number of places you can turn.

PKAVS Carers Hub
