Looking after someone can be rewarding, but it can also impact on your health and wellbeing especially your mental health.

Mental health consists of mental wellbeing, which includes life satisfaction, positive relationships with others and having purpose in life and mental health problems which include the presence or absence of mental health problems, for example depression and anxiety. If you want to speak to someone about this there are a number of places you can turn.

PKAVS Carers Hub

This is a multi-agency website which aims to be a 'one stop shop' for unpaid carers in Perth & Kinross, where carers can go to one place for information, support or advice. To talk to someone today, call 01738 567076, or visit the PKAVS website for further details.
