We are a registered adoption agency and inspected annually by the Care Inspectorate. The inspectors look at particular aspects of the Adoption Care Standards which can be viewed on the Care Inspectorate website. Our most recent inspection took place in July/August 2015 and the resulting report identified many strengths and good practice.
We are committed to involving Service Users in developing our adoption service through our Participation Strategy.
Whilst it is Perth and Kinross Council's intention to provide a good service at all times, if you have a complaint, please contact the Team Leader of the Permanence Team in the first instance. If the situation cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, please ask for our which is available from social work offices.
