The composition of your household may impact of your entitlement to a Council Tax discount or exemption.
Someone moving out
If someone has moved out of your property and you are now the sole adult occupier you may be entitled to a discount. Please see Single person discount for details on how to report this change.
If there are two or more adults remaining in the property following someone else moving out then you should complete the online change of circumstances form.

Someone moving in
If your household circumstances have changed due to someone moving in with you, including a family member, friend or spouse/partner, you should complete the online change of circumstances form.
