If you are moving out of the Perth & Kinross Council area, it is important that you advise us as soon as possible.
You must complete a moving out of the Perth & Kinross Council area form if you are aged over 18, have already moved or your move will take place within 10 days, and:
- You are the owner, tenant or partner of the owner or tenant of the property; and
- You are moving out of the Perth & Kinross Council area; or
- You will not be liable for Council Tax at your new home (for example you are moving in with friends/relatives)
If you are not the owner, tenant or partner of the owner or tenant of the property you are vacating, you will not be able to complete our online form.
You will need the address and postcode of the property you are moving from.
