Fear-Less Triple P is a parenting programme aimed at supporting parents with children experiencing anxiety. This group is for parents of children aged between 6 and 14 years old.

Speakeasy is a parenting programme that supports parents to talk about sex, relationships, gender and safety with their children. The group supports parents with guidance on how you can make sure your children are well informed and confident when it comes to growing up, relationships and sexual health.

The Triple P - Positive Parenting Programme knows all parents have different needs. That's why Triple P has many different ways for you to get your parenting help. So you can choose what will suit you and your family best.
