Large amounts of waste left by fly-tippers at Arran Road in Perth had been cleared.
Clear‑up work began over the weekend after the Council's Finance and Resources Committee agreed to provide £20,000 to clean up the site on 22 April.
Work began last weekend and was completed on Sunday 26 April.
Large amounts of waste have been illegally dumped at Arran Road this year.
The site continues to be managed through a range of measures including CCTV monitoring, active patrols and regular clearances, as the Council works to prevent further fly‑tipping and improve the area.
Longer‑term work is also planned to bring forward improvements to unused land at the site.
Fraser Crofts, Perth and Kinross Council's Strategic Lead for Environment and Infrastructure, said: "Fly‑tipping has a negative impact on our local environment and communities. It is unsightly, damaging to the environment and costly to clear up.
"I am pleased that this site at Arran Road has now been cleared and that work is continuing to manage the area and prevent further incidents.
"I would encourage anyone who witnesses fly‑tipping to report it so action can be taken.
"I'd also urge people to make sure anyone they pay to take away their waste has the proper authorisation from SEPA as they can be held responsible if their waste is dumped."
