Due to road construction works taking place on Bute Drive, Perth it will be necessary for a number of Stagecoach services to be diverted.
The works are scheduled to commence on Monday, 06 July 2026 and for the first phase of these work Bute Drive will be closed in both directions between Gowans Terrace and the entrance to Perth Grammar School. As a result the following diversions will be in place.
Stagecoach Service 2A, 9, 70 - Between Perth City Centre and North Muirton all of these services will require to be diverted from Gowans Terrace via Dunkeld Road, Bute Drive, and Argyll Road where all journeys will terminate or turn. All bus stops between Perth Grammar School and Argyll Road will not be served during this closure.
Stagecoach Services 1A, 9 - Between North Muirton and Perth City Centre all of these services will commence from Argyll Road at the Terminus and operate via Bute Drive, Dunkeld Road, and Gowans Terrace to return to their normal route. All Stops on Bute Drive between Argyll Road junction and Perth Grammar School will not be served.
Passengers are advised that journeys can be made by boarding and alighting these serves on Dunkeld Road, Argyll Road, or at the Terminus.
