Demand Responsive Transport

The DRT transport schemes operate flexible routes and timetables, providing 'on demand' transport services available to any member of the public. Someone wishing to use DRT1 or DRT2 will be required to book a journey through one of the participating operators at least 24 hours prior to making their journey.

DRT1 and DRT2 operate Monday to Saturday between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm.  There is no Service on a Sunday or 24, 25, 26 and 31 December or 1, 2 January in any year.

The fare to use Demand Responsive Transport will be broadly similar to the previous local bus fare and is based on the length of the journey and should be agreed at the time of booking.  Free concessionary travel is available to holders of Scottish National Entitlement Cards.

Muckhart and West Kinross-shire Demand Responsive Transport

The Muckhart and West Kinross-shire Demand Responsive Transport Service (DRT1) is an on-demand transport service operating in the Muckhart and West Kinross-shire area. DRT1 operates within a defined area and time period and does not follow a fixed route or timetable.

Kinloch Rannoch Demand Responsive Transport

The Kinloch Rannoch Demand Responsive Transport Service (DRT2) is an on-demand transport service operating in the Kinloch Rannoch and Rannoch Station area. DRT2 operates within a defined area and time period and does not follow a fixed route or timetable.
