Why choose a Modern Apprenticeship with Perth & Kinross Council?

Being a Modern Apprentice is a great way to get a head start in a career you want for your future, as all apprentices earn while learning and getting training to gain a qualification in the end of the Modern Apprenticeship.

While it's great if you have some experience in the area of work, it is not essential as full training is provided from experienced colleagues during on the job training. We welcome applications from 16-24 year olds.

Last year Perth & Kinross Council hired 58 Modern Apprentices; with 46 Modern Apprentices in this financial year. Perth & Kinross Council currently have 83 Modern Apprentices (from February 2019).
