Our values and behaviour framework

We developed our values and behaviours framework through extensive consultation with our workforce to describe the way we do things; they are drivers of our behaviours as an organisation and as individuals, influencing the way we work with each other as well as the people and communities we serve.

By committing to these, we will build on existing good practice and grow our culture to support us in our delivery of our Corporate Plan 2022/23 to 2027/28.
