The Council's Public Transport Unit arranges transport to and from Community Care services such as day care for older people and Adult Resource Centres for people with learning disabilities. The transport is provided by a mix of the Council's own vehicles, voluntary organisations and private sector transport operators.

The Perth & Kinross Community Transport Forum brings together representatives of third sector organisations involved in or having an interest in Community Transport in the Perth & Kinross Council area, to discuss issues of common interest, share knowledge and experience, and identify areas of good practice around issues of Community Transport.
