Self-Directed Support means that you have choices in how your care and support is managed.

The Angus, Dundee and Perth and Kinross Community Planning Partnerships have together formed the Tayside Regional Improvement Collaborative (TRIC), with the aim of ensuring our children have the best start in life and making Tayside the best place in Scotland to grow up.

Self Directed Support (SDS) is about working with young people and their families to develop a personalised support plan for the future.

Our Corporate Plan priority to work in partnership with communities sets out how we, together with local communities, will deliver on our ambition to recognise that everyone in Perth and Kinross has something to offer. Big or small, we can all contribute to improving life for people living, working and visiting our area.

The service provides advice and support to help people with health conditions and/or disabilities to find sustainable employment throughout Perth and Kinross
