Other change of circumstances - Non Domestic Rates

There are other changes in circumstances at a property which must also be reported, examples are:

• A Property that is currently receiving empty property relief or exemption and has now become occupied
• You are in receipt of relief under the Small Business Bonus Scheme and there has been a change in combined rateable value of the properties you are responsible for, or the premises are no longer in use.
