Annual accounts
Following the end of the financial year (1 April to 31 March), the Council is statutorily required to produce annual accounts.
Council budget
Each year the Council must plan ahead and prepare budgets for the new financial year which starts on 1 April. There are in fact two separate budgets - one for Revenue and the other for Capital expenditure.
