Housing complaints

There are different methods to lodging complaints, and requesting service.

Housing Service and climate change

As a large service with over 7,760 council properties and over 300 staff, Perth & Kinross Council's Housing Service recognises the impact our business activities can have on the environment. As a responsible service we can take significant steps to reduce the carbon footprint of our services, and of our staff, tenants and residents.

Special uplifts for bulky items

Our chargeable bulky uplift service that allows for up to 5 bulky items to be collected from the kerbside (per uplift)

Environmental health - Dust issues

Dust is categorised as any fine particles of sand, soil, organic or manufactured materials that can be carried by the wind and subsequently drop onto surfaces. Excess dust can become an annoyance and cause frustration to businesses and residents however dust is unavoidable and, in some circumstances, can be difficult to fully control.
