The cremation fee includes the use of the chapel (approximately 20 minutes), services of a Chapel Attendant, the provision of an organ (but not an organist), as well as the cremation itself and a biodegradable box for the cremated remains.
Our staff will assist family and mourners to their cars, arrange floral tributes and to prepare the Crematorium for the next service.
It is important for families when they instruct their funeral director, minister or person leading their service to be aware of the time constraints for the chapel service. If the service overruns then the family following will be delayed and possibly upset.
If the family requires longer than 20 minutes for their Chapel service, then it is possible to book an extended service for 40 minutes at a reduced cost.
