Within normal office hours - Monday to Friday

During normal office hours, ceremony bookings are available from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Registration offices outwith office hours and other venues

This is an all inclusive fee for legal notices, the services of a Ceremonies Officer and Attendant, a pre-ceremony meeting whenever possible and the registration of the marriage or partnership. For advance bookings prior to the 3 month notice period a non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable, please contact the office to make payment.

In the event of a cancellation £60 notice fees are non-refundable.
Full payment or the balance of payment if you have already paid a deposit should be made when you submit your marriage notice forms. If you wish to post in your documents please enclose a cheque made payable to Perth & Kinross Council. If you would prefer to pay by debit or credit card please enclose a note of your contact telephone number and a member of the team will call you to arrange this.
If you are able to bring your forms and supporting documents in person to one of our offices you can make payment by cash, cheque or debit/credit card.
